Undercover inspectors from the organisation stayed at hundreds of UK hotels and reviewed them to make the list.

Their best 10 seaside hotels offer "quality, value for money and some spectacular sea views".

The second Suffolk hotel on the list is the Crown and Castle in Orford. It ranks ninth on the list with a score of 3.5 out of 5.

The description states "a recent refurbishment has introduced bright fabrics without sacrificing the bygone character of a red-brick building with creaky oak stairs".

Which? conducts the inspections anonymously to ensure there is no opportunity for the hotel to influence the verdict with special treatment.
