Four weekends of festive fun are coming to a town on the Suffolk coast.

Christmas in Felixstowe kicked off on Friday, December 1, with late night shopping, followed by the Christmas switch-on last night.

East Suffolk Council is offering free parking to coincide with the Christmas light switch on events in December.

Every weekend in December will host events across the town including festive events at Landguard Fort, live music in Hamilton Road, and Aladdin at the Spa Pavilion.

Christmas in Felixstowe ends with a Santa Express Delivery to Felixstowe railway station where there will also be a children's craft workshop and mini fair rides at the square.
