A new dental practice whose clients have appeared on TV shows like The Only Way is Essex and The Apprentice is set to open its doors in a west Suffolk town.

According to signage that has appeared on the windows of the former Oxfam shop at 27 Cornhill, Bury St Edmunds, Tooth Club will welcome customers from January 2024.

According to its website, Tooth Club clients have featured on Radio 1, The Apprentice, The Only Way is Essex, Love Island and Celebs Go Dating.

They offer everything from Invisalign, dental implants and teeth whitening to emergency care and facial aesthetics, and already have several practices in East Anglia, including one in Buttermarket, Ipswich.

Mark Cordell, CEO of ourburystedmunds BID, said: "Good to see another large empty unit in Bury St Edmunds about to have a new tenant.

"I am pleased to see another medical/health related businesses in our town centre as we need to have as many people as possible visiting us, for whatever reason. Welcome Toothclub!"

According to the signs, Tooth Club will open in January next year and treatments will start from £13.95 per month.

The sign also says the store is recruiting receptionists, a manager, nurses and dentists.

Tooth Club has branches in Berkhamsted, Billericay, Bishop’s Stortford, Hammersmith, Ipswich, Kent, Loughton, Essex, Romford, Southend on Sea and Stevenage.

Kaspa's Dessert submitted proposals to West Suffolk Council in August to convert the former Oxfam store into its new branch after a fire broke out in its premises, but these plans were withdrawn earlier this month.

It has since been announced that the original Kaspas store will now permanently close.
