A spectacular weather phenomenon has been captured above Suffolk skies.
While East Anglia feels the full force of the cold weather and freezing temperatures, a 22-degree sun halo was snapped in Rumburgh, near Halesworth.
The rare sighting was captured on Saturday morning.
A 22-degree sun halo occurs when light enters tiny ice crystals which form around the sun.
It comes as Suffolk faced more cold weather on Saturday.
Snow fell in parts of the county on Friday, while Santon Downham was the coldest place in the UK on Thursday.
