An entrepreneur's love for mac and cheese has led to her opening her first restaurant.

Sarah Hiorns is the woman behind Say Cheese, which is the latest business set to open at Beach Street in Felixstowe.

The cheese-themed restaurant will be focused on mac and cheese, while she will also be serving other dishes such as raclette, which is melted cheese served with potatoes.

"I love mac and cheese - I talk about it a lot," said Sarah.

"It is one one of these things that you can make at home. It is okay but you can have one out that makes it amazing."

People will be able to add different topping to their dishes, including bacon, blue cheese, marmite and a variety of hot sauce.

Say Cheese is the latest venture to be opening at the Felixstowe venue in Micklegate Road.

Big Bro Bao and WokWraps are also confirmed to be opening at Beach Street.

The announcement comes after the venue's owner, Charles Manning, brought an end to speculation that businesses were being forced out due to high rents.
