A lane was blocked on the A11 near Mildenhall after two vehicles broke down at a roundabout.
Suffolk police were called to two separate incidents at the Fiveways Roundabout in Barton Mills just before 8am on Monday.
A van and a car had broken down in the area, a police spokesman said.
The car blocked one lane but has been recovered.
The van has been moved off the road soon after the incident happened.
