One of the largest Christmas farmers' markets in Suffolk is set for this weekend and will showcase the best festive produce form the county.

Snape Maltings has an array of festive events this Christmas time, including a sold-out screening of The Snowman accompanied by music from a live orchestra in the world-renowned concert hall.

Those looking for foodie gifts and Christmas Day treats will not be disappointed however, as the Suffolk site is set to hold its festive farmers market this Friday, and it promises to be the biggest one yet.

"Our largest market of the year, it will be filled with producers with an array of artisan local food and drink to tempt you, and Christmas carols to bring some additional festive cheer to this wonderful event," reads the Snape Maltings website.

From artisan breads and cakes from Two Magpies Bakery to milk, butter and brie from Fen Farm Dairy & St. Jude, there will be a wide selection of sweet and savoury delicacies for browsers to purchase.

The festive farmers' market will take place from 9.30am in the marquee on the Henry Moore lawn near the Concert Hall.
