West Suffolk College has teamed up with a Suffolk brewery to create a beer which is to be sold in a Suffolk restaurant exclusively.

The beer, called Haze, has been created between students at the college and Humber Doucy Brewing Company based in Stowmarket.

The partnership began in July 2023, and will see the beer be exclusively sold in Edmunds Restaurant.

Edmunds is the AA rosette award-winning eatery that is part of the Culinary Arts Academy.

Matt Goulding, head of Culinary Arts Academy at the college, said: "We talked about producing a beer and we have worked together on creating a new beer.

"We hope it appeals to a wide audience and it can be purchased at the restaurant.

"We will look at adding to the line in the future.

"This is just the beginning."

The beer costs £3.75 at Edmunds Restaurant, which is based on Out Risbygate Street in Bury St Edmunds.
