Proposals to convert a dental practice in Needham Market into a home have been submitted to a council for the second time after they were blocked by planners.
Applicant Deepak Kumar Nankni has proposed changing the use of Kindersley House at 56 High Street from a dental practice to a home.
This comes just weeks after a proposal for the same change of use was refused by Mid Suffolk District Council on January 4.
The latest plan, submitted on January 15, seeks permission to return the property back to its original residential use after it was converted into a dentist in 1991.
The application was submitted as the practice had been granted planning permission for a new, larger site at 129 High Street.
The proposed home would have three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room on the first floor, as well as a living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor.
Planners refused the first set of proposals stating they would 'result in loss of employment use'.
