An abnormal load movement will see a train moved along two major Suffolk roads at the end of January. 

The abnormal road movement will be taking place on Wednesday, January 31. 

The rail vehicle being transported is almost 24 metres in length, three metres wide and weighs 128 tonnes. 

Police will be escorting the load movement from Ely in Cambridgeshire to Great Yarmouth in Norfolk starting at 9am.

Drivers are being warned of possible delays on the A14 and A11 as the load is transported through the county. 

It could affect travel to Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall and across the Norfolk border into Thetford.
