Various group of trees to be reduced at Grove Farmhouse West, Lowestoft (DC/24/0259/TPO).

Applications for Non-Material Amendments Single storey rear extension following the demolition of an existing conservatory have been lodged for 7 Magdalen Drive, Woodbridge (DC/24/0269/AME).

Alterations to boundary wall at 1 Lawford Place, Rushmere St Andrew, Ipswich (DC/23/4671/FUL).

Other applications include works to trees in a conservation area at The Old Railway Carriage, Rickinghall Superior, Diss and at 14 Blands Farm Close, Palgrave, Diss (DC/24/00516 and DC/24/00493 respectively).

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a single-storey rear extension at The Birches, Offton, Ipswich (DC/24/00491).

Applications for Non Material Amendments have been received for Hill House Farm, Burgate, Diss and Dagwood Farm, Elmswell, Bury St Edmunds (DC/24/00481 and DC/24/00497 respectively).

Applications to discharge conditions for Land to the North East Of Mill Lane, Creeting St Peter and Land At Chandos Farm, Bull Road, Thornham Parva, Eye (DC/24/00509 and DC/24/00475 respectively).

Permissions for tree preservation work have been sought at 78 Queensway, Mildenhall, and Risby Manor North, The Green, Risby (DC/24/0160/TPO and DC/24/0148/TCA respectively).

Various householder planning applications including rear and side extensions and the conversion of existing garages to habitable spaces have been submitted for properties in Great Barton, Bury St Edmunds, and Great Bradley, Newmarket among others.
