A broken-down car has left the A14 at a standstill causing heavy traffic to build in the area.
Drivers should expect long delays on the major road between Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds.
Heavy congestion has built westbound with tailbacks building back from Haughley and into Stowmarket
The vehicle is believed to have broken down in the Tot Hill area.
The A14 is also seeing heavy traffic further eastbound in the Woolpit area.
