A road was shut and drivers were advised to find alternatives routes after a single-vehicle crash.

The A143 was shut in Stradishall, between Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds, following the collision on Thursday afternoon.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said an overhead electricity pole has been damaged.

Two people were also injured.
