A driver has been arrested after testing positive for drugs on the A12.

Halesworth police stopped the vehicle near Benhall on Monday, March 4, after the driver was seen to be using a mobile phone.

It comes after Suffolk police announced increased patrols across the county as part of a national campaign to stop drivers from using mobile phones behind the wheel.
