Emergency services have been called to a seven-vehicle crash on the A11.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were alerted to reports of two vehicles which had crashed into the central reservation at about 9am on Thursday.
According to a spokesman for Suffolk police, a total of seven vehicles were involved.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said two people were left in the care of the ambulance service.
Nobody was trapped in their vehicles.
There is not believed to be any serious injuries.
Appliances from Newmarket, Mildenhall and Soham attended the incident.
