Three sculptures that stand in the grounds of a Suffolk stately home - owned by the well-known Cobbold family - are set to be auctioned off following the decision to sell the historic property.

The trio of artworks - called Womb, Sleep and Loop - were created by sculptor John Moore and are situated in the grounds of Glemham Hall, which has gone on the market with a guide price of £19 million.

"Our preference is that they stay with the hall because they became an iconic part of the hall," Mr Moore said.

John Moore's family donated the art to the hall following his death as the artist had always designed them to stand in gardens and the sculptures were installed in the grounds ten years ago.
