A multi-use games area and car park extension could be constructed at a village hall if plans before a council are approved.
Badwell Ash Parish Council are seeking full permission from Mid Suffolk District Council to create the multi-use games area on playing field land behind the village hall in The Street.
The multi-use games area would be created within the existing recreational ground.
Plans before Mid Suffolk District Council also include a car park extension that seeks to deliver 21 new car parking spaces for the hall.
Access to this is proposed via the existing entrance from The Street.
The total number of spaces currently at the site is 14 so the extension would bring this up to 35.
A planning statement before Mid Suffolk District Council states: "The development is found to be in accordance with the development plan when taken as a whole. In such circumstances, planning permission should be granted without delay."
The plans are with Mid Suffolk District Council for decision.
