A new housing development is set to open in a village a few miles north of Ipswich.

Taylor Wimpey East Anglia has announced the opening of its latest large-scale project, the Barham Meadows development.

Aspiring homeowners will be able to explore the new development from Saturday, April 13.

Located on the fringe of the scenic village of Barham, conveniently close to bustling Ipswich, Barham Meadows will offer 269 new homes.

The mix will comprise two, three, four, and five-bedroom houses.

Besides the residential homes, the development will include large public green areas, play zones, and fresh footpaths and cycleways linking to the village.

The Shilford, a four-bedroom house type, is among the new units available.

Part of the appeal of the Shilford is its suitability for young couples or families desiring additional space and an optimal setup for hosting guests.
