The A12 is expected to be closed "for some time" after a crash.
Police were called to the two-vehicle collision in Farnham, at the junction of the A1094, at about 1.30pm on Sunday.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said a closure was in place.
They added the road is to remain closed for some time after a crash.
No injuries have been reported currently.
It follows a serious crash which took place on the A12 overnight.
