A duo with more than 30 years experience in the restaurant trade are preparing to "conquer the east coast" of Suffolk.
Ryan Bolt and Darren Manning set up Seconds Catering as a bespoke food truck catering for private dinner parties, weddings, festivals and corporate events.
"We felt it was the right time to start to tackle the outside catering world," said Mr Bolt.
"We have over 35 years experience in the restaurant trade," added Mr Manning.
The food truck is being built by Industry Trailers and the pair will launch the business as soon as it is ready.

"We are already getting bookings and we are eager to conquer the east coast of Suffolk," said Mr Manning.
"We are hoping to expand as quickly as we can and are using the truck as a base until we can get a unit," said Mr Bolt.
Seconds Catering is planning to launch with a series of pop up events in May as a build up for the First Light festival at the end of June.
