Two barns with a "unique" potential for redevelopment are heading to auction.
The Grade II listed properties behind 46 High Street in Saxmundham offer a glimpse into the town's agricultural past.
Auction House East Anglia, who are selling the property, said: "Developers have a chance to breathe new life into these historic structures while preserving their architectural integrity, taking full advantage of the prime location."
Barn A is currently used as a storage area for the adjoining shop but has planning permission for a one bedroom apartment on the first floor level with a commercial workshop below.

Barn B did have planning permission for a commercial space with a two bedroom flat on the first floor but this has since expired.
Both properties benefit from gated access from the road with a shingled courtyard that is used for parking.
Saxmundham is a market town offering a range of amenities such as shops, cafes restaurants, and pubs as well as essentials such as healthcare facilities and schools.
The barns will be up for auction on Wednesday, May 1.
