A 63-year-old man who was allegedly found behind the wheel of a parked vehicle has been charged.
Police were alerted to the driver on the Clements estate in Haverhill on Sunday.
Officers said he was behind the wheel of a car when they located him.
Goncalo Rodrigues Leite, of Fritton Court, Haverhill, has since been charged with failure to provide a breath test when taken to custody.
He will appear at Suffolk Magistrates' Court on May 20.
