A popular town centre hair and beauty salon has expanded into its cellar following 'incredible demand'.
Lipstick & Locks in Sudbury's North Street will launch its new room in the cellar following two and a half years of planning on June 30.
Abi Cutter, who owns the salon, said: "Due to incredible demand we outgrew our Sudbury space and decided to renovate and create space to suit four stylist positions, a Japanese Head Spa and a beauty room downstairs in our cellar.
"It will be such a unique salon to the area complementing the cocktail bar and everything Lipstick & Locks has to offer."
The opening event will take place on June 30 from 2pm to 5pm and will include a welcome drink, an Ibiza soul set from musician Sister Sax, and the chance to view the long-awaited conversion.
Guests will also be able to get 10% off new treatments booked on the day, as well as watch Japanese head spa demonstrations and leave with a goody bag.
Lipstick & Locks has branches in Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Braintree and Halstead.
