A newly qualified chartered trade mark attorney has joined the Birkett Long team.
For Michael Pokrachynskyi it is a significant milestone in his career after successfully completing all his exams in trade mark practice.
In his role within the Intellectual Property (IP) department at Birkett Long, Mr Pokrachynskyi provides comprehensive support on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
His expertise extends to national and international trade marks, design registrations, and disputes involving copyright, company/domain names, and unregistered rights.

Mr Pokrachynskyi's career in law follows years of experience in the music sector and a degree in GIS engineering.
He combines his analytical mindset and creativity to address complex tasks and client interactions and is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
