Saffron Cole-Nottage, 32, is understood to have lost her footing as she walked on a concrete ledge, before falling onto boulders at the base of the sea wall in Lowestoft.

Touching tributes have been paid to the mother-of-three, who hails from Gillingham in Kent and is said to have worked at the Canterbury Tales pub, but it is believed she recently moved to Lowestoft.
It is believed she was walking with one of her children and a dog when the tragedy happened.
A huge emergency response saw firefighters from Lowestoft south and north Lowestoft fire stations assist the East of England Ambulance Service, police and HM Coastguard rescue officers from Lowestoft at about 8pm on Sunday evening following initial reports that a person had fallen into the sea.

Picture: Newsquest (Image: Newsquest) The East Anglian Air Ambulance landed nearby, but after becoming trapped in the rocks the young mother died in front of rescuers.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said: "Police and other emergency services were in attendance in Lowestoft on Sunday at an incident in which a woman died at the scene after a fall."
With the death currently being treated as unexplained, there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances as a file will now be completed for the coroner.
Following the tragedy, Ms Cole-Nottage's heartbroken partner, Mike Wheeler, penned a poignant floral tribute to her close to where she died.

It reads: "My darling Saff. What can I really say, there are no words to express how much we will miss you.
"The world is so cruel and to take you in this freak horrific way will not sit well with me for the rest of my life.
"You will be forever missed by so many and I'm really not sure I'll ever be the same without you.
"Me and the kids will love you and never forget you, until we meet again."

The 32-year-old has been described as "beautiful" and told she would be "forever missed" in further tributes.

With signage along the scene, and no cordons currently in place, East Suffolk Council has been liaising with other agencies since the weekend. No official investigation has been launched.
A council spokesman said: "Our thoughts are with those affected at this sad time."
