On Wednesday, July 2, Mid Suffolk District Council Planning Committee will discuss proposals for the homes at the former St John Ambulance Station in Duckamere in Bramford, near Ipswich.
The plans also involve the demolition of the disused ambulance station and Priory House offices.
However, Bramford Parish Council say they are concerned that the developer has not engaged with them properly and issues are not being met.
A statement said: "We have major concerns that there is no healthcare provision for our current residents, not to mention new residents, who most certainly will need access to GP, dental and hospital provisions.
"Despite rapid housing development, Bramford alone has had 445 homes built in the past three years, yet healthcare provision has been reduced in our catchment area.
"This is a dire situation facing our residents and the current infrastructure is not currently fit for purpose."
They also added concerns about parking provisions, its proximity to a local primary school during construction and the sustainability of the building materials.
