A restaurant has been named one of the best in the country only five months after opening in a seaside town.
Daniel Wardle and Leon Richer took on the £120,000 project to renovate and launch Loca Bar and Restaurant in Felixstowe in May.
The pair also run the award-winning La Vida Bar in neighbouring Beach Street.
The menu at the restaurant was replaced with a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with dishes including steaks, burgers and Eton Mess.

There are also gluten-free options and a quieter hour for diners as the owners wanted to make it as accessible as possible.
They were approached by the landlord of the building to rejuvenate the bar, which closed down a few years earlier.
Speaking at the time of opening, Mr Wardle said: "It was in an okay condition, but we ummed and ahhed about it and eventually walked away.
"After some time, we decided we wanted Loca, so we got to work renovating and creating the brand."

Just more than five months after opening, the establishment has been featured in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants for 2025 and is the only Suffolk venue on the list.
The top spots are given to restaurants ranked highly by customers and reviewers on the site.
It features everything from fine-dining restaurants to countryside gastropubs.

On OpenTable, Loca Bar and Restaurant has 4.9 stars based on 84 reviews, making it among the highest-rated establishments.
