A homebuilder has made senior appointments as they prepare for growth.
Denbury Homes based at Bury St Edmunds have hired Anthony Arnold as Head of Design.
The experienced designer previously worked for former sister company Hopkins Homes for 20 years.
The new position will involve managing house design, development layout, and overseeing design.
He will work closely with Sam Courtley, who has served as Head of Land for almost a year, at the company.
Mr Arnold said: "Denbury Homes is growing and has some bold ambitions for the coming years but it remains a family-run business.
"Our developments aren’t governed by a rigid structure or predefined set of plot parameters.
"We design by looking at the space available and understanding how a certain combination of homes will look to both residents and passers-by."
Mr Courtley, who has overseen land purchases in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire, said: "Having worked at a number of PLCs, the difference in agility and speed of decision-making at Denbury gives the company a huge advantage.""
Denbury Homes' developments can be found across Suffolk and Essex.
