Bronze Fields, located off Marham Parkway in Bury St Edmunds, forms part of the Marham Park project, a 1,000-home extension on the north-west edge of the town.
Bellway’s Eastern Counties division began work on the 198-home scheme in 2021, and 170 properties have now been built.
Mia Roussos, sales director for Bellway Eastern Counties, said: "We are now at the final stages of construction at Bronze Fields, with all the affordable homes and nearly 80 per cent of the private homes now occupied.
"We anticipate work continuing at the development until September and look forward to welcoming our final customers into their new homes as construction draws to a close."

All 47 affordable homes have been completed and handed over to Sage Homes, while 120 privately-owned properties are now occupied.
A landscaped public open space has also been finished, including a green corridor, new tree planting, and a footpath linking the development to the nearby golf course.
Mia Roussos said: “Bronze Fields is the final piece of the jigsaw at Marham Park, which has made a significant contribution to the housing needs of Bury St Edmunds and is now a well-established residential neighbourhood in the town.”
