The team behind a countryside escape is feeling proud after being named among the best places for relaxation in the UK.
Retreat East, located in Hemingstone near Ipswich, was named one of the top 22 spa hotels by Grazia magazine.

It has also featured numerous times on Channel 4 show Married at First Sight UK.
