The owner is planning to leave due to retirement, after 12 years running a well-supported pub.

A prospective buyer could expand both the trading hours, which are currently limited, and possibly incorporate food offerings or bed and breakfast accommodation.

The ground floor includes a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
