A house in the heart of the Ipswich suburbs was the most-viewed home in Suffolk this August.

Property search website Zoopla has revealed the houses buyers have shown the most interest in last month.

In the top spot is a three-bed semi-detached house in Newbury Road, on the market for £320,000.

The property, believed to have been built between 1930 and 1949, sits directly opposite Newbury Park, offering a pleasant green view onto the large outdoor space.

A driveway leads up to the front of the home.

Inside, a hallway leads to a soundproofed lounge with panelled walls, a cloakroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that has been finished with modern units, a breakfast island, an integrated oven and hob, air conditioning and bi-fold doors opening to the garden.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and a family bathroom.

Outside, the rear garden has a newly laid patio, artificial lawn and enclosed fencing.

There is an insulated garden room and a separate storage room that could be used as a gym and has heating and lighting.

Yopa is the estate agency advertising the home, and any enquiries should be directed through them.
