A man from Ipswich is wanted by police.
Essex Police want to speak to Christopher Davies, who is on a recall to prison.
The 40-year-old is from Ipswich and is known to frequent the town. He also has links to the Colchester area.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We want to speak to Christopher Davies on a recall to prison.
"If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us."
