Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service extinguished a car fire on the A14 yesterday afternoon.
Fire control received a call to the car fire on the westbound carriageway, between Rougham and Bury St Edmunds at 1.46pm.
Two crews from Bury attended the incident and tackled the fire using two sets of breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets.
The incident was declared under control by 2.09pm.
