Police are investigating after goods valued around £15,000 were stolen from a lorry parked beside the A14.
The theft took place between 11pm on Wednesday, February 25 and 6.50am the following day in a layby on the westbound carriageway just before the Kentford exit.
The container lock and bolt seal were removed and a 22 ‘Koolbreeze Kompact 18’ portable air conditioning units were stolen from inside.
The incident marks the latest in a string of thefts from parked lorries in laybys in the last few months.
