The East of England Ambulance Service was contacted by Police at just before 7.30am today, after a crash which is believed to have involved one vehicle in Church Hill, Burstall.
A spokesman for the Ambulance service said: “While on route to the single-vehicle collision we were asked to stand down as the driver was not injured.”
The road was still closed at 9.15am while Police awaited a recovery vehicle.
Fire crews from Eye, Stradbroke and Norfolk were also called to the B1077, near Thorndon, at 7.54am, after a collision which left one vehicle in a field.
Ambulance crews had released the driver from the vehicle before fire crews arrived.
