The 21-year-old was last seen on a night out in Colchester early yesterday morning.
Luke Harding, from Ferndale Close, Clacton, was last seen in the Vineyard Street car park, Colchester at around 1am on Sunday, June 28, following a night out in Yates bar, Head Street.
He is described as white, 5ft 9ins tall, with ginger hair and a beard. He was wearing a black Superdry polo shirt, jeans and black trainers which had white soles and white stripes. He may have removed his polo shirt and be topless.
He did not meet friends as arranged at 3am Sunday morning to get a taxi back home to Clacton.
Police and his family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare and ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact police at Colchester on 101.
