POLICE are investigating a series of fires on the heath at Rushmere St Andrew that were started maliciously.
POLICE are today investigating a series of fires on the heath at Rushmere St Andrew that were started maliciously.
Fire crews from Princes Street and Colchester Road attended the first blaze on the heath at 7.35pm last night and remained there for another couple of hours putting out small fires. It is thought the fires were started deliberately.
Suffolk Police said they will be investigating the fires and are calling for any witnesses to come forward.
