A MAN was taken to hospital following an assault in Ipswich.
Paramedics were called at 1.32am this morning by police responding to reports of an assault at the junction of Darwin Road and Wellesley Road.
A 28-year-old male was taken to Ipswich Hospital with facial injuries.
