A 22-YEAR-OLD woman arrested after the double fatal crash which claimed the lives of Emma Harold and Kate Wasyluk in Foxhall Road, Ipswich, has had her bail cancelled.
A 22-YEAR-OLD woman arrested after the double fatal crash which claimed the lives of Emma Harold and Kate Wasyluk in Foxhall Road, Ipswich, has had her bail cancelled.
A Suffolk police spokeswoman said the female answered her bail at Ipswich police station today and no further action will be taken against her at this stage.
Miss Harold, 26, and Miss Wasyluk, 25, died of the injuries they sustained in the collision early on February 21.
Miss Harold's sister Rebecca, 25, was also seriously hurt when a car mounted the pavement and collided with the three women, who were walking home from an evening out.
Scott Nicholls, 20, of West Villa, Woodbridge Road, Ipswich has been charged with two counts of death by dangerous driving.
