COMPUTER equipment – including desktop computers and monitors – were stolen in a break-in at a middle school.
It happened at the Beccles Middle School site in Castle Hill between 4pm on Friday and 7.45am on Monday.
It is thought more than 20 computers were taken. A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said it appears access to a classroom was gained via the roof and a window. The offender or offenders is then thought to have fled via the back of the premises.
Police have a number of lines of enquiry but officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious a or anyone who may have been offered desktops or monitors for sale. To help call 101.
