The band, who are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their iconic album Parallel Lines this year, will appear at the Latitude festival in Henham Park, near Southwood, alongside such acts as Franz Ferdinand, Interpol and Elbow.
Joining the ever growing list of bands playing the Obelisk Arena is Brighton-based band British Sea Power and newcomers Foals.
