Witnesses to a head-on crash which left two people in hospital are being asked to come forward.
Police would like to speak to anyone with information about the incident which involved a silver Toyota Yaris and a black Peugeot 206.
The crash happened in Bradwell on the A120 shortly before 3.30pm on Wednesday, October 16.
The driver of the Toyota was an 80-year-old man from Braintree while a 31-year-old woman from Ipswich was driving the Peugeot.
Both were taken to Broomfield Hospital, the man with serious head and shoulder injuries and the woman with a serious back injury.
Both are currently in a stable condition although the man’s situation is still described as critical.
