A man has suffered serious injuries after being involved in a four-vehicle collision in Braintree.
Ambulance crews were called at about 7.20pm on Friday (June 22) to Coggeshall Road.
Three rapid response vehicles, two ambulances and the Essex Air Ambulance attended.
The man was airlifted to Queen’s Hospital, Romford.
