A MAN has been arrested and charged with drug offences in Braintree after a police dog’s keen nose identified the possibility of drugs hidden behind a car’s dashboard.
The 30-year-old from Braintree has been charged with possession of Class B drugs and using threatening words/behaviour, an offence under the Police Order Act, when his car was stopped and searched in Notley Road, Braintree on April 16.
He has been bailed to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on May 8.
