Three fire crews had to put out a blaze in a boatyard earlier today.
The crews from Brightlingsea, Clacton and Colchester were sent to the incident Tower Street in Brightlingsea at 3.48pm.
The fire was in a building which measured 10 meters by five meters and was reported to be 60% alight by the incident commander on arrival.
Crews wore breathing apparatus while using one main jet and one hose reel jet to fight the fire, which had been put out by 4.21pm.
