A man and a woman have been charged with assault causing actual bodily harm (ABH) following an incident in Brightlingsea in May where a man received facial injuries.
Joe Woolven, 18, from Ransom Road, Tiptree, and 36-year old Timothea Hutchinson, from Oxford Crescent, Clacton, are both charged with assaulting a 29-year-old man at New Street, Brightlingsea, in the early hours of Saturday, May 25.
They will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on November 26.
