Two women have been taken to hospital this evening following a car crash near Woodbridge.
Firefighters were called to remove the roof of a car after it crashed on the A1152 at Bromeswell at around 4.45pm.
One woman was able to free herself from the wreckage before fire crews from Woodbridge, Orford, Ipswich and Leiston arrived at the scene, but a second woman needed to be cut free.
Both were taken by ambulance to Ipswich Hospital with injuries described as “not serious or life-threatening”.
