OH yes it is that time of year again. With just a week until the first performance of Rapunzel and the Rascal Prince at the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds, the cast are rehearsing hard at the Guildhall.
More than 1,200 tickets have already been sold for the panto, which is based on the Brothers Grimm’s tale of the girl with fantastically long hair who is locked in a doorless tower by a witch.
Chris Grady, of the theatre, said despite record sales, there are still tickets left.
He added: “We’re really excited about the wonderful show that’s taking shape — we can’t wait for you to join us and let your hair down too!”
Rapunzel and the Rascal Prince is sponsored by Premier Printers, with media partners the EADT and the Bury Mercury.
