A TEENAGER has been arrested following an alleged armed incident at a town centre jewellery firm.
Police were called to Thurlow Champness jewellers in Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, on February 28, following an attempted robbery there.
Suffolk police has now revealed a man was arrested and then questioned by detectives on Wednesday on suspicion of conspiracy to rob and of being concerned in robbery.
The man is 19 years old and from the Islington area of London
He has been released on police bail and will have to return to the Bury police station on June 23.
